Measurements:

  1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements for tailoring. We recommend following our provided measurement guide or seeking professional assistance to ensure accurate results.
  2. We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by you.

Design and Fabric:

  1. You may choose a design from our available options or provide your own design concept.
  2. Fabric selection can be made from the options provided or discussed with us. Any additional costs associated with premium fabrics or special requests will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Alterations and Adjustments:

  1. If any alterations or adjustments are required after delivery, we may reimburse for MINOR alterations done by your choice of local tailor. We cannot accept major alterations in the case that the client significantly gained or lost weight from the original measurements provided. 
  2. We will strive to ensure that the final garment matches your desired specifications as closely as possible, but minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the tailoring process.

Delivery and Shipping:

  1. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe during the ordering process, which may vary depending on the complexity of the design, fabric availability, and shipping destination.
  2. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the completed garment is shipped within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Due to the personalized nature of tailor-made garments, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
  2. If you encounter any issues with the product received, please contact us via email within 3 days of accepting delivery and inspecting the product, providing supporting evidence and a detailed description of the problem.

Intellectual Property:

  1. Any intellectual property rights associated with the designs, patterns, or images provided by us remain our exclusive property.
  2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary information without our explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service or any errors or inaccuracies in the garment design or tailoring process.

Modification of Terms:

  1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you through the Service.
